NFL Mock Draft

Trade Down! has an updated mock draft and I'm digging what he's laying down for the Bears. In round one he has the Bears selecting Dominique Byrd, TE from USC. 6'3" and 260 lbs., Byrd is something the Bears sorely need-- a big target at TE that can block and get yards after the catch. I would be happy with him or Leonard Pope, Marcedes Lewis or Vernon Davis. It's doubtful though that those 3 will drop to the Bears at 26.

Other wishes for the Bears this offseason: depth in the secondary and Antwaan Randle El.

I actually projected the Bears drafting Leonard Pope. There is no question that the Bears need a tight end to help move the chains. If you would like to see the rest of my mock draft, you may view it at www.drufantasyfootball.com.
