I wrote about Moises Alou here saying he would likely be on the DL soon enough. The ol' hammy has been acting up so Moises went back on. But the Cubs could have used his bat this year--if he were to put up the same numbers that he did for the Giants. Of course the point is moot considering he wanted 2 yrs, which is nuts for any 39 yr. old player not named Clemens.
That change of scenery didn't do much for LaTroy Hawkins. What's really strange about his performance is this: (avg/ops) VS. LEFT: .169 / .563 VS. RIGHT: .324 / .910. That's very odd.
